When I do bent frame style machines, I just bend them cold in a vice. Havent' had one break yet.

im using iron...i dont know if that makes a difference or not...were using old iron skilets...it cuts just fine...but it seems brittle when we try to bend it...(yeah i use a vice too)..i know iron has to be 2768'f-1520'c before it hits its melting point..wich is F*ing hot...but im not trying to get it to melt.....just bend....?....any how im just building the prototype...i got a guy with a cnc mill thats gonna do the production machines...heres a question....cast or mill?

Well, some say a milled frame has better conductivity cuz it's all one piece with no "pot holes" anywhere, but I think casting is more cost effective. I suppose it depends on how many in the run. I'm gonna go with casting I think so as my prototype is finished.
