I have an unsightly green birthmark on my bum. Anytime I'm in a swimsuit (unless everyone around me already knows) I get asked if I fell down or how'd I get that bruise on my rear. So I've been thinking about getting a small tattoo, about 2x2 inches, to cover it up. It would be a fairly simple tattoo consisting of maybe at most 3 colors. (The majority of it being green.) The birthmark is a very pale green color, benign, and it isn't raised nor a different texture from the rest of my skin. It also is in an area that doesn't receive much sun at all. Would it be possible/safe for a tattoo to cover it up? Thanks
