i just got a pair of wings done and the colors are not as bright as i had expected. when i went in to get them done, my artist was telling me that it was new ink she was using because a fellow artist used the same kind. i've been tattooed by her before and the colors have always been pretty vivid. could it be that it was tattooed on my biceps this time (instead of my lower back, like my other tats)? is it possible that i used too much lotion? i was careful to do it maybe 4-5 times a day with lubriderm. the colors have a sort of milky appearance to them, is that why? i got them done last wed, so could it be that they still need to heal more?
THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY INFO!
